Main components

working principle
Storage process: After the operator loads the goods into the material box, the material box is transported to the storage port through the conveying system. The control system identifies barcode or QR code information on the material box, obtains the box number, cargo information, etc., and allocates suitable storage locations for the material box based on inventory situation and storage strategy. The stacker crane or shuttle truck transports the material box to the designated storage location according to the system's instructions.
Outbound process: After receiving the outbound order, the control system determines the location of the required material box based on the order information and issues a pickup instruction to the stacker crane or shuttle truck. The access device retrieves the target material box from the shelf and transports it to the outbound port through the conveying system. After checking and confirming at the outbound port, the operator takes out the goods from the bin and completes the outbound operation.
Inventory process: The inventory of material boxes in the warehouse can be automated through a control system. The system will periodically or based on set conditions, conduct inventory checks on inventory goods. During inventory, the stacker crane or shuttle truck accesses each storage location in sequence according to the system's instructions, scans the barcode or QR code information on the material box, and compares the scanned data with the information in the database to achieve real-time inventory, timely discover and handle differences and problems.
