Specialized for firing and heat treatment of sodium-ion battery cathode materials under oxygen/air/nitrogen atmospheres.

Product Feature

1. Temperature uniformity: a unique thermal layout and auxiliary heating temperature control method, temperature uniformity of ±5°C in the six-row ultra wide chamber;

2. Atmosphere uniformity: Adopting bottom air inlet combined with side air inlet method. Ceramic tubes at the bottom face the gaps of saggers to shorten distance; side air inlets face the gaps between two layers of saggers, ensuring more sufficient atmosphere reaction;

3. High sealing performance: independently sealed heating chamber and transmission chamber, with sealing gate structures at the inlet and outlet. For oxygen RHK, oxygen content in heating zones is effectively controlled >98%; for nitrogen RHK, oxygen content ≤10ppm;

4. Automatic kiln pressure control: a negative feedback design for kiln pressure, controlled with an accuracy of ±2pa, which timely and effectively discharges waste gas and water;

5. Stable and reliable transmission: a special universal joint structure design, combined with roller installation technology, effectively ensures the stable operation of saggers, eliminating deviation and jamming.

6. Cooling method: fan cooling combined with water cooling for temperature reduction. Fan cooling is used in high temperature zones, and water cooling in low temperature zones. Unique twisted water cooling structure without internal welding, tube-type heat exchanger, with a pressure resistance of 0.7MPa and alkali corrosion resistance.

7. Customized control system: available with Siemens, Omron, Beckhoff, etc., catering to different user requirements.
