The three-day 2026 Shenzhen CIME International Thermal Conductivity and Heat Dissipation Exhibition successfully concluded. This year's exhibition brought together over 600 enterprises across the entire industrial chain and more than 40,000 professional procurement and R&D visitors, focusing on hot topics such as liquid cooling, semiconductor thermal packaging, and energy storage temperature control, and became the most important business and technology exchange platform for the thermal management industry in South China in the first half of the year. Hefei Hengli Equipment, with its full range of dedicated thermal processing equipment for heat dissipation processes and military-grade precision temperature control technology, received a large number of potential cooperation opportunities during the exhibition, reached cooperation intentions on technology co-construction and production line customization with several leading heat dissipation enterprises and semiconductor manufacturers in the Greater Bay Area, and successfully achieved its strategic goals for this exhibition participation. 

At the exhibition site, Hefei Hengli highlighted star equipment such as atmosphere brazing mesh belt furnaces, high-precision vacuum brazing furnaces, vacuum diffusion welding furnaces, and atmosphere pressure pusher furnaces, directly addressing the current mass production challenges in the industry. The high-capacity atmosphere brazing equipment controls oxygen content to ≤10ppm, meeting the welding requirements of high-density microchannel cold plates and enabling large-scale mass production; the atmosphere pressure pusher furnace is specifically designed for the batch production of pressure diffusion welding cold plates, featuring high capacity and high welding precision; the vacuum brazing furnace is specially designed for high-density microchannel cold plates, achieving high-quality welding of multiple materials such as copper-aluminum/stainless steel, and is perfectly adapted to 30-100kW ultra-high-density computing scenarios. Relying on the military temperature control technology accumulation of CETC 43 Institute, Hefei Hengli can customize full-process processes based on customer product parameters, with one-stop implementation from laboratory test furnaces to 10,000-ton mass production intelligent production lines, and its differentiated advantages have received unanimous praise from on-site engineers and procurement managers. 

Relying on the CIME exhibition platform, Hefei Hengli has accelerated the implementation of its South China market strategy, leveraging the advantages of the new energy vehicle, computing power server, and power semiconductor industrial clusters in the Greater Bay Area to improve the South China Localization technical service system. Subsequently, Hefei Hengli will use the resources connected through this exhibition as a starting point to continuously promote the joint research and development of new heat dissipation technologies, focus on the iterative equipment technology of the two emerging tracks of AI liquid cooling and on-vehicle high-power heat dissipation, adhere to replacing imports with domestic high-end thermal equipment, continuously empower the domestic thermal conductivity and heat dissipation industrial chain to be self-controllable, and help China's thermal management industry move towards the upper reaches of the global Value Chain.
