Waste battery crushing and recycling production line: Waste ternary/lithium iron phosphate batteries are charged and safely crushed in an inert or special atmosphere. After drying and removing the electrolyte, they undergo high-temperature pyrolysis to decompose the separator, adhesive, and residual small amount of electrolyte in the battery crushing material. During the process, most of the electrode powder is dissociated on the current collector, and then subjected to multi-stage combination sorting to achieve efficient recovery of the shell, copper, aluminum, and electrode powder.

 

Crushing and drying system: Charged ternary/lithium iron phosphate batteries are quantitatively delivered to the crushing and drying system through a conveyor. The crushing and drying system is divided into replacement bin, crushing bin, buffer bin, and vacuum dryer from top to bottom. The battery is crushed and the electrolyte is dried in a step-by-step manner through various functional compartments. The step-by-step process involves atmosphere replacement and pressure balance to ensure the safe crushing of lithium batteries. The waste gas generated during the crushing and drying process contains dust and electrolyte. After dust filtration and electrolyte gas-liquid separation, it enters the TO combustion treatment in two forms.

 

High temperature pyrolysis system: The pyrolysis uses an atmosphere rotary furnace, and the battery crushing material is dynamically and uniformly heated under the protection of an atmosphere, completing the evaporation of the electrolyte, the decomposition of the separator and PVDF, and the dissociation of black powder and electrode sheets. The tail gas generated by pyrolysis is subjected to high-temperature dust removal (collecting black powder) and then enters TO combustion treatment. The atmosphere rotary furnace can not only be used for the pyrolysis of battery crushing materials, but also for the reduction or oxidation roasting of electrode powder.

 

Fine sorting system: After the battery crushing materials or electrode pieces enter the sorting system, efficient dissociation and recovery of metal and non-metal substances are achieved through multi-level physical coordination of "crushing screening sorting". The core of this system is to maximize the release of material value through the linkage of particle size classification and sorting technology, while taking into account environmental protection and cost-effectiveness.

 

Exhaust gas treatment system: The crushed and dried exhaust gas, electrolyte, and pyrolysis exhaust gas enter the TO furnace through different pipelines, and after combustion, they are subjected to rapid cooling, bag dust removal, multi-stage neutralization spray (2-4 levels), wet electrostatic precipitator, and high-altitude supplementary air discharge.
