On May 30th, Hengli Eletek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hengli") and Beichen Advanced Recycling Technology (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beichen Recycling") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hefei.
