Product Feature

Designed for LTCC processes, compatible with a variety of electronic components heat treatment product requirements. Its core adopts combined heating technology of radiation and forced convection, significantly improving temperature field uniformity through optimized airflow structure.

The chamber features dual designs: open-air atmosphere and sealed nitrogen atmosphere, integrated with intake preheating function to enhance thermal efficiency. Equipped with multi-zone independent temperature control modules (multi-point temperature control) and distributed temperature measurement units, the main control system coordinates power output ratios of each zone to achieve ±1℃ high-precision dynamic temperature control. Combined with modular power distribution mechanism, it dynamically matches process profiles, ensuring thermodynamic stability and process consistency during firing.
