Achieves precise temperature control, oxidation-free firing and high-efficiency batch production through continuous boat-pushing operation under vacuum/atmosphere. Mainly used for multilayer ceramic firing, ceramic metallization firing, hot-pressed NdFeB, and magnetic material heat treatment processes.
The high-temperature furnace integrates vacuum/controllable atmosphere, continuous boat-pushing automation and multi-zone precise temperature control. Its modular design supports high vacuum (10⁻³ Pa level) and inert/reducing atmospheres (e.g., N₂, H₂), ensuring ±3℃ temperature uniformity. It enables multi-stage processes from low-temperature pre-firing to 1100℃ high-temperature treatment, efficiently completing multilayer ceramic co-firing, oxidation-free hot-press firing of magnetic materials (NdFeB), and high-temperature alloy heat treatment. Features include rapid cooling, safety interlocks and energy-saving design, suitable for mass-precision production in electronics, aerospace and semiconductor fields.
