Used for pre-firing and firing process of piezoelectric ceramics, ZnO varistors, thermistors (NTC/PTC), magnetic materials and other powders/ceramic components under air atmosphere.

Product Feature
The chamber uses 28/30-grade lightweight refractory bricks to replace traditional dense refractories, with recrystallized silicon carbide plates on the inner top. Heating elements are coated with lead corrosion-resistant layers to prevent degradation from lead vapor. For debinding-firing processes, it features independent pre-firing/firing zones or AB-type integrated debinding-firing structure.
