Product Feature
Precise atmosphere regulation, supporting dynamic ratio control of air/N₂-O₂ mixtures. Oxygen concentration is adjusted in real time via gas flowmeters to ensure uniform oxide layer formation on copper foils, providing a stable interface for subsequent ceramic-copper bonding; supports continuous processing of copper foils with different dimensions.
