Product Feature
Utilizes dual mode heating (lamps + FEC ceramic fiber heaters) to adapt to drying-firing processes of LTCC, thick film heaters and chip components. Dynamic adjustment of temperature zones and gas pipelines layout matches different material requirements. Inlet/outlet positions are precisely designed based on debinding volume to optimize volatilization efficiency and prevent contamination, with zones-gas system linkage ensuring process stability. Features ≤±1℃ temperature control error, high energy efficiency and flexible compatibility, improving yield and reducing maintenance costs through intelligent control and modular design.
