Pyrolysis System
Rotary furnace operates under inert atmosphere, enabling dynamic and uniform heating of crushed battery materials to volatilize electrolyte, decompose separator/PVDF, and dissociate black powder from electrode sheets. Tail gas from pyrolysis undergoes high temperature dedusting (to collect black powder) before entering thermal oxidation (TO) treatment. This furnace is applicable not only for battery material pyrolysis but also for reduction/oxidation roasting of electrode powders.

1. Stable and efficient material propulsion capability ensures the stability of pyrolysis time;
2. The application of multi-stage sealing technologies including packing seals, end-face seals, and piston ring seals effectively enhances the sealing performance;
3. The adoption of pre-positioned electrolyte volatilization zones, reliable sealing, and corrosion-resistant composite materials improves corrosion resistance and extends equipment service life.
