Product Feature
Designed for continuous automated loading/unloading of battery wafers and heat treatment of large glass substrates (300×300mm-1600×2400mm) including activation, annealing and crystallization under air or N₂ inert atmosphere. Features a liftable upper furnace body for easy chamber cleaning and stable roller hearth transmission.
